Design & Council Package:

Ideal for clients who require architectural services and support up to council approval only. We develop the design and prepare all necessary documentation for council approval, giving you flexibility to manage the construction phase.

Service Includes:

Stage 1: Develop project brief; establish site, time and budgetary constraints; advise on professional consultants required; advise on local authority submissions required.
Stage 2: Develop conceptual design options in response to the brief.
Stage 3: Develop approved concept plans; outline specifications; consult with professional team.
Stage 4.1: Prepare and submit documentation to local authorities and manage process until approval.

Service Excludes:

Stage 4.2: Prepare tender and construction documentation for pricing
Stage 5: Issue construction documentation, attend regular site meetings, and administer the construction contract as Principal Agent (if required).
Stage 6: Complete project close-out and handover of project.
